The purpose of this webinar is to explain the composition and value of a service catalogue for both service providers and customers. We will define what is a service catalogue, what is the importance of using it as a management tool, and the different views that support different uses of the service catalogue. We will then look at the steps to be taken for establishing such a service catalogue in a service provider organisation, and the activities of service catalogue management as a continuous process. The discussion is mainly targeted to IT service provider organisations and how they can implement these practices. The presentation will be in Arabic and English, with the speaker commentary in Arabic.
